"Introducing e-enabled citizens’ panels: E-panel software was identified and evaluated from three organisations: Community People, iNovem and the Practical eDemocracy in London project. A fourth identified software provider, BMG, felt unable to participate at this stage. Full details of this evaluation are available in the software evaluation report.
