Building on the work of Doc Searls in ProjectVRM, the Commons is an organization run for and funded by customers. We serve both those who buy and those who build new ways for customers to express their voice in the marketplace. Customer Commons started in late 2011 as a way to take the conversation of Project VRM to the next level, with objectives of broader reach, more development, and greater relevance."
