Summary

Intellectual property rights are one of the most fiercely contested areas of policy in the digital age. This panel will look at ways of balancing different interests between rights-holders, creators, public institutions and consumers. Areas to be explored will include the BBC's Creative Archive, the interests of independent producers and creators, and new revenue models suitable for the internet.
