Bio
"Jost Pachaly (born in 1964) studied Economics in Berlin, Gemany and attended the postgraduate course on Development Policies at the German Development Institute. His first position was with UNDP in Pakistan, where he focused on rural development and poverty alleviation. Since 1997 he works for Heinrich Böll Stiftung in different positions. In 2010 he became the Director of the regional office of Heinrich Böll Stiftung in Bangkok."
