Bio

Mari Martiskainen "Mari has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and has worked in the energy sector since the year 2000, including roles at www.bunkerworld.com and RenewableUK. Prior to starting her PhD research, Mari was a Research Fellow at the Sussex Energy Group, SPRU. Her previous research has focused on consumer behaviour and household energy consumption. She is interested in how technological innovations such as smart meters, display units and microgeneration may affect people’s behaviour in the home and the wider community."
