From Smári McCarthy:

Currently there are a few ways to do this:

- For simpler T-shirt designs, etc, Cafepress (http://www.cafepress.com/) does a wonderful job.

- For more complicated textile designs, Burdastyle (http://www.burdastyle.com/) is a great source of open source sewing, etc.

- Threadless takes Burdastyle into the marketplace: http://www.threadless.com
