"The Greek public education system has been private tuition centres which provide extra out of school tuition is a common phenomenon which leads to a parallel education system, adopted salaries have been cut, parents can no longer afford this extra expense. In response to this situation several social education networks have emerged. They are organised by educators who provide their services to students on a voluntary basis.
