I strongly agree with the major arguments but quibble with some fine points:

-Re "a class-less community of workers(“peers”) produce collaboratively within a property-less(“commons-based”) society" -- True only for the special case of "p2p socialism" and not for peer production more generally.

-Re "The capitalist mode of production is exploitive by nature, its fundamental logic is to capture surplus value from labour by denying independent access to the means of production. However, collectivist modes can also be exploitive." -- Overgeneralizing capitalism. Other capitalisms (ecological, steady-state, p2p, cooperative, etc.) are possible.

-Re "However the community of Peer producers can grow without developing layers of co-ordination because they are self-organizing and produce independently, and as such they do not need any layers of co-ordination other than that what is needed to provision the common stock of productive assets, thus co-ordination is limited to allocation of the common stock among those who wish to employ it." -- This is another special case of peer production rather than a general limit or boundary to peer production possibilities.

All the above quotes tend to package peer production as a Boolean, categorical phenomenon rather than part of a spectrum of relative and hybrid possibilities.
