I'd be interested in discussion about what this page is supposed to be. Is it just supposed to be a "phone directory" style page, or is there a benefit to it becoming a more encylopedia style page..

I would welcome any more extensive coverage of Irish initiatives; either by expanding on this page itself, or by creating separate full entries on the projects and movements that are covered.
