Page could be redirected with same outcome achieved
If there is no content on the page it would seem a redirect more appropriate. I have landed on several pages like this that provide no information. Redirects to disambiguation pages are good for teasing apart several related concepts like this. --Alex Rollin 13:06, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
- I don't agree. This way, the page is visible to people within the appropriate topic area, while redirects make the page disappear. It's done on purpose. --Mbauwens 13:53, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
- What do you mean "topic areas"? Redirects can be listed in category listings on purpose if and when needed. They don;t disappear. This page has all the same problems of being a dead end that you accused redirects for. It holds space with no purpose and only serves as a pointer as far as I can tell. There are other more efficient and less tedious ways to accomplish your purpose that are called redirects. --Alex Rollin 19:01, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
