"My aim in my presentation is to illustrate how the wikipedians are motivated to talk and argue in the Wikipedia Talk –pages and how they reach consensus. First I introduce how disagreements are solved in an official way in Wikipedia policies. After that I present how the unofficial conversation culture is working. I try to illustrate what are the subjects, discourses, constructions and contradictions in the multi-national English discussions of the Kosovo War -article. My analysis is based on sociological theory of power, conflict and objectivity. In conclusion I present how the conversations in Wikipedia are linked to the cultural and social factors of the Kosovo War and beyond. My aim is to challenge the NPOV policy in the subjects like Kosovo War, where the complete neutrality is not possible."
