Vladimir De Thézier is a social entrepreneur and creative professional. He serves as a Special Projects Manager for the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies (IEET) while pursuing a degree political sciences, specializing in science, technology and society, at the University of Quebec in Montreal. De Thézier is working to build the Citizen Foundation for Technology and Democracy (FoCi), a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of new strategies that can contribute to the social appropriation of technological innovation.
