"As part of the Politika - Art & The Affairs of the City exhibition programme we invited Jan Ritsema to talk about Robin Hood Minor Asset Management (FIN); a co-operative owner by it's members which aims to generate income which it then donates to projects aimed at expanding common public space. Using their 'Parasite Algorithm' the group identifies successful transactions on the International Stock Markets by riding the coattails of successful investors.

In this talk Jan discusses the aims & approaches of the organisation; touching on rational altruism, the nature of greed & generosity, co-operation in contemporary society, the influence of women's liberation on the global economy & ethic investments."
